With just one fifteen minute workout per week, you can achieve fitness and health goals. You don't have to feel guilty for leaving your spouse at home with the kids while you complete your hour long workout or dread waking up in the morning, knowing that you have to spend time on the treadmill. Every variable, including temperature and humidity of the room, are controlled, consistent, and repeatable across trainers from week to week, another plus that our clients enjoy. For those that do not like the gym scene, we have private sessions available, and our semi-private sessions are for up to three clients at a time.
A scheduled time for you to workout each week
No matter how good your intentions are to workout, life gets in the way. You are much more likely to stick to a program when you schedule it. At Flex 151, we use an online scheduler so that you can make or change an appointment at your convenience. You receive an email to confirm each appointment that even comes with an attachment that will send a reminder to your phone calendar automatically. Furthermore, each client receives an app that works with an iPhone so they can schedule on the go..all without needing to be in front of a computer! (add link to app)
A nutrition guide is provided for each member, at no cost
We believe that nutrition is the foundation to any good fitness program, and the gateway to health. Many experts claim that proper nutrition is at least 80% of the health game! This is especially the case if fat loss is one of your reasons to start exercising. It is very hard to out exercise poor nutrition. Each member will be provided a simple, easy to read guide that isn't based on fad diets, miracle pills, or powdered meal replacements. We believe in eating real food.
