We do not measure a workout's productivity in terms of hours in the gym or a set number of repetitions; instead, our Intelligent Training System measures the time your muscle is contracted. We strive to safely and consistently reach the point that challenges the body to make an adaptation, yielding the most efficient and effective workout possible.

We are the exclusive facility in the area to provide a workout with our Intelligent Training System.The technology behind our service measures and records real-time force output while collecting accurate and consistent data for the user. This performance monitoring data is a precise summary of every workout. Furthermore, our machines provide an Instant Feedback display to motivate you towards your exercise goal for the workout.

Results

Results

While weight loss is an admirable goal and certainly a result you can receive from the Flex 151 workout, we prefer to focus on what we call victories. From the way your clothes fit to being able to lift a heavy bag of dog food with ease or even not having the aches and pains you have experienced in the past, we focus on improving your fitness along with your health for a true lifestyle improvement.

We scientifically assess each client to deliver the most time efficient workout in the the safest manner. We control the speed of the machine and pinpoint a safe range of motion for your body's capabilities. We want exercise to be the proper dosage for you. Not too much and definitely not too little so as to not waste your time.

Workout

Total Body Workout

We perform 3-5 exercises to work all the major muscle groups from head to toe. All exercises are compound, multi-joint exercises. We do not employ isolation techniques but work at a level of exertion that calls on surrounding muscles without getting into complex techniques that can be hard to perform or lead to injury.

No Excuses

No Excuses

There are no longer any excuses not to workout! We have successfuly taken multiple hours of the gym and condensed them into an effective, efficient workout so you can enjoy life outside of the gym. We enjoy taking away the guilt that you should be on a treadmill that you dread. We want you to come to Flex 151, get your workout done in 15 minutes, and then spend your time the way you want with the ones you love. Many clients who are self-conscious working out in a gym appreciate the more private environment of our studio. We also keep our studio climate controlled which enables you to get your workout done without feeling like you have to shower. Workout on your lunch break or before heading out for the evening!
