A little bit ballet, a little bit boot-camp, a little bit Pilates -- and a whole lot of results. This class will burn, lengthen and sculpt every inch. Barre is a 60-minute class that combines isometric strength training, stretching and balance, using a traditional ballet barre. The result is a longer, leaner and more confident you!

Classic Yoga (Hatha)

Classically a slower moving practice, but it can be challenging, stimulating or gentle depending on who attends class. The integration of breath while holding poses for long periods of time with intention and relaxation comprise this branch of practice that encompasses and integrates many styles of yoga. Beginner friendly.

Hatha Flow

Flow-based Hatha Yoga links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a more vigorous series. Flow-based Hatha Yoga or Vinyasa involves moving from one posture to another with very little rest in between and creates a strong cardiovascular workout.

Mindful Yoga Class

Placing an intention on our yoga practice and making mindful movements can help us live in a place of self awareness, a place where we can tune into our self, our purpose, our path. This is a restorative practice with gentle movements, yoga massage, and positvity!

Sunrise Yoga

Awaken the body and prepare your mind for the day ahead! The basics and fundamentals of yoga poses are introduced. Learn the process of proper alignment in the poses, breathing techniques, the use of props in your practice and build confidence in your yoga postures. This class is designed for both students with no experience as well as students who have practiced before. Beginner friendly.

Restorative Yoga

This style of yoga is all about using props. The gentle postures are held for longer periods of time to initiate deep relaxation of the body, mind and spirit. Slow Restorative Yoga is beneficial to anyone living in this fast paced world and particularly a great way to decompress after a stressful week. Beginner friendly.

Wind Down Wednesday

This very gentle yoga class is appropriate for beginners as well as a wide spectrum of practitioners including anyone looking to wind down and induce a sense of peaceful well-being in the midst of the craziness of the week! Asanas are floor-based, reclined & seated. Poses will be held for a short or moderate length, occasionally with props. You will work, but at an extremely low-intensity level. Gentle yoga is good for active students, as well as students with limited mobility or pregnant students, and it’s friendly to any body size or fitness level. While you should consult your medical practitioner, listen to your own body, and do what feels right, the pace of a gentle class is accessible to most students in good health.
